Boys & Love

I've never been the type to judge people as a whole based upon sex, race, appearance, and etc. but all that has changed. Boys are just some of the silliest beings on earth and they just say the dumbest things. My best friend boyfriend told her "Oh, I love you, but I'm still going to cheat on you!" When she told me that I instantly said that is the most ignorant thing that a person could say out of their mouth. After this happened he expected her to still be with him. I'm asked her "Is he dumb or is he dumb?" I don't get it at all. How could you love someone and cheat on them? That clearly doesn't make any sense at all because the person you love will be the only one you think about and desire. You can't fully love someone if you lust for something else. The bible says [paraphrased] when you find a good woman, you find yourself a good thing. That simply means to me that when you find that one person that you "Love", they are like a part of you in a way. You don't need anyone but that person and you don't desire to have anyone else either. I just feel like boys need to mature and really understand the meaning of love. It's more than a four letter word that you tell your girlfriend just because. It's not something you say just because it'll make your girlfriend happy. please do research before you say things!!!
